Our signature dish: home-made ravioli and other pasta

Our home-made ravioli is famous beyond the borders of Switzerland. We serve it with two fillings: light veal or spinach and ricotta. Both are available as a starter or as a main course.

Other pasta dishes such as cannelloni are also made with love and by hand according to our house recipe.
